Convocation 2026
The 2nd Convocation of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, Sheringal, District Dir Upper is tentatively scheduled to be held in the 2nd week of April, 2026 at 09:30 a.m. in the Central Library, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Sheringal, Dir Upper. During the ceremony, degrees and Medals will be awarded to the graduates.
Eligibility
- All graduates of the University who did not attend the 1st Convocation (2023)
- Students of the affiliated colleges who have earned Gold, Silver or Bronze Medals
- Graduates who have already obtained their degrees and are interested in participating in the ceremony
Required Documents
- Duly filled Registration Form
- Copy of Final DMC / Transcript
- Copy of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
- Two (02) passport-size photographs
- Payment receipt
Fee Details
- Fresh Apply: Rs. 4,000/-
- Already Collected Degree: Rs. 3,000/-

Registration Procedure
The Registration Form along with supporting documents must be submitted to the
Examinations Section on or before March 25, 2026.

Dress Rehearsal
A full dress rehearsal prior to the Convocation ceremony will be held at the Central Library, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Sheringal, Dir Upper. Attendance of all graduates is mandatory. Graduates who remain absent from the rehearsal will not be allowed to participate in the Convocation ceremony.
